Well..... It's been an awful long time.......


So.............It's been a while. A LONG while. So, to kind of explain what's happening with this project, we wrote the storyline over a year ago, and intended  to make a game shortly after. Well, I wasn't good at programming or art, but even in a year, my work ethic, programming technique, artwork and writing has improved quite a bit from where it was even only a year ago. So I've been putting the game back into action. Also check out our youtube where I'll go more in depth and make tutorials. Here we go. Dev Log #1! (I use GM:S btw)

1. Character movement.

I've just made a simple traditional rpg character movement system, with collisions. For collisions, I very much recommend  using separate  objects as opposed  to making each object solid.

2. Textboxes.

Probably the hardest thing to make. I recommend  using alarms, and making the strings printed all editable from the Create event. I will be covering this on my youtube channel soon.

That's kind of it for now. Hope this helps a bit, and informs more about this project.
